LOYALTY TERMS

These Loyalty Terms govern participation in the Warren, YIELDFORM’s loyalty program. By participating in the Warren, you agree to these Loyalty Terms together with YIELDFORM’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

1. Marks and tier progression

Members accumulate Marks through qualifying purchases and eligible brand interactions. Marks contribute to progression through membership tiers and the unlocking of associated benefits.

Marks are calculated by reference to qualifying spend in AUD and other eligible interactions.

Marks do not constitute money, credit, stored value, or a redeemable currency and exist solely as a mechanism for measuring engagement and determining tier progression and access to benefits.

Membership of the Warren and any Marks accumulated are personal to the member and are not transferable, assignable, redeemable for cash, or capable of being sold or otherwise dealt with except as permitted by YIELDFORM.

Marks will generally appear in a member’s account once a qualifying order has been placed.

Where a purchase is cancelled or refunded, any Marks allocated in respect of that purchase may be reversed or removed.

YIELDFORM may withhold, reverse or cancel Marks where it reasonably believes the Warren has been misused.

2. Tier structure

The Warren operates as a tiered membership program.

The program currently includes the following tiers:

• Outer Warren
• Inner Warren
• Burrow

Members progress through tiers based on the accumulation of Marks.
Tier names, structures, thresholds and eligibility criteria may evolve over time.

3. Benefits and Treasures

Benefits associated with the Warren may include early access to product releases, priority presale opportunities, invitations to select events or workshops, and milestone, birthday or anniversary gifts (“Treasures”).

Treasures, experiences, eligibility criteria and tier benefits may vary, be substituted or evolve over time and are offered subject to availability.

Participation in the Warren does not create a contractual entitlement to any particular benefit.

4. Program operation and expiry

Marks may expire in accordance with these Loyalty Terms or information published on the Website.

Unless otherwise stated, the operation of the Warren is governed by these Loyalty Terms together with YIELDFORM’s Terms and Conditions and information made available on the Website from time to time.

Marks are used to determine tier status and access within the Warren and are not redeemed, converted or exchanged in a transactional manner.

5. Changes to the Warren

YIELDFORM may amend, suspend or withdraw the Warren (in whole or in part) at any time, subject to applicable consumer laws.

These Loyalty Terms may change from time to time. You should regularly check to determine whether any such change has occurred. You will not be adversely affected retrospectively by any change, and you are under no obligation to continue participation in the scheme if you disapprove of a change.

6. Privacy

Any personal information collected as a result of participation in the Warren will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Consumer rights

In the event that we fail to comply with these Loyalty Terms, you may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. In the event that YIELDFORM breaches a consumer guarantee implied by the Australian Consumer Law in relation to the supply of goods, our liability is limited to the repair or resupply of those goods or the cost of doing so.
